Collection consists of extracts of Vestry minutes of Trinity Church and of St. Mark's Church for the years 1793 to 1812 as they pertain to St. Mark's Church; and abstracts regarding the founding and early development of the physical plan of St. Mark's Church and area surrounding it, 1799 to 1838. Abstracts prepared in the 1960s. Also, some correspondence with vestrymen; and minutes of St. Mark's Church Vestry, 1929-1937 and 1943-1986. In addition, there are annual meeting records containing information about election of vestrymen, commission reports, revision of charters and bylaws, and related material.
